Featuring the talented tattoo artist, author, and illustrator Rhi Forsyth!
Join us for our free-to-attend Meet the Illustrator series, where art and storytelling come together for families and young readers. This series highlights the creative talents behind the artwork in picture books and offers a closer look at how stories come to life through illustration.
Our featured illustrator, Rhi Forsyth, will take us on a cozy, creative journey through her beautifully illustrated debut picture book, Oliver the Forest Gatherer. Perfect for ages 4 to 9, this story celebrates imagination and nature in a way that will delight both kids and parents.
Children will enjoy storytime, discover how books and illustrations are made, and take part in a hands-on workshop where they’ll create their very own fox out of paper.

Rhi Forsyth is an illustrator from the rainy city of Vancouver, BC, Canada.She recently self-published her debut picture book, Oliver the Forest Gatherer, as both author and illustrator. Her work is inspired by nature, folklore, nordic design, and animation.
